Hi, I'm Tom Hadrava, and I'm not just an IT Manager – I'm a proud husband and father of three with a bustling household in Eveleth, MN. My wife, Mykle, works as an RN, and together, we own and operate Pup North Pet Lodge. Yes, we're used to the hustle and bustle!

With nearly two decades of experience in IT management across various industries, from manufacturing to nonprofits, small businesses, and large enterprises, I've always had a passion for technology. This passion led me to explore the world of drones and 360-degree photography.

A virtuoso in his own right, he has the unique ability to play almost any musical instrument, a skill that has accompanied him throughout his life, including his time performing with his band. Joe's passion for storytelling is not confined to music and writing; it extends into the visual realm through videography and photography, which he has pursued alongside his hobbies and for his band. In 2023, Joe added another feather to his cap by becoming a Certified Drone Pilot, further expanding his arsenal of creative tools. With a keen eye for capturing the essence of real estate through his photography and videography, Joe brings a comprehensive skill set to the Tom's Virtual Tours team. His diverse background not only enriches our portfolio but also ensures we can offer a wide array of services to meet our clients' needs. Introducing Renae Novak, a dynamic force of nature whose life is a testament to her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to her family. By day, Renae is a dedicated dental assistant, providing care and comfort to her patients. However, her aspirations extend far beyond her daytime profession. Alongside her husband Scotty, Renae has ventured into various business endeavors, including daycare, real estate, and party favors rental, showcasing her versatility and entrepreneurial acumen. Her journey towards becoming a real estate agent marked a turning point in her career, igniting a newfound passion for photography and a keen interest in drone piloting. As my cousin, Renae has been a constant presence in my life, and her addition to the Tom's Virtual Tours team is not just a professional decision but a personal celebration of our shared history and future aspirations. Together with Scotty and their four beautiful children, Renae's life is a bustling hub of activity, creativity, and love.
